I started my Scentsy journey in May 2010. I was never a big candle person for fear of forgeting to blow out the fire before leaving the house. Liz and Nic, my 2 older children gave me a Scentsy warmer and scents for Christmas in 2009. Their stepmom, Marla who is now my SuperStar Director, had started selling at the time. The kids wanted me to start selling but I said no. At the time I was renting out bounce houses and making birthday cakes on top of my 40 hour work week at the wholesale furniture company. I have been there for about 5 years and love it. But in May of 2010 I thought I can sell this and make extra money. Everyone loves their house to smell good and so do I. My hubbie, Tommy, wasn't working so this worked out great. But I was slowed by my younger daughter, Ashley, and her peewee drill team. So last year I did a few shows and sold some but not what I was hoping. Now this year I was going to really work my business and I had done fairly well. My hubbie was still home with a cataract in his left eye until September when he had surgury which slowed me down some more but I am still determined. In August was the Scentsy convention and I decided after that to "jump in with both feet". This fall I have really been busy with shows for my Scentsy and doing better about following up with people. My goal is to make director before next convention, end of July 2012. I hope you will help me with this goal by signing up with Scentsy. It is a great business that you will truly love. There are some great people that are willing and ready to help you anyway they can. If not then just keep me as your consultant. That will help me with my road to Director. Please don't hesitate to contact me via email, phone, or text.See More
